Warranty Policy

All MotoMotion products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If an issue comes up, contact us and we’ll repair, replace, or refund the product after evaluating the claim.

What’s not covered:
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic scratches or dents that do not affect functionality

To submit a warranty claim, email us at MotoMotionUS@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

 

Return Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their MotoMotion products. If you need to return an item:

Standard Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.
